Instructions for Using Skinners
Skinners sock shoes are not a full replacement for footwear. They serve for occasional use in non-extreme conditions. To increase comfort and minimize unwanted odors, we recommend wearing Skinners with a thin sock.
The given Skinners size is a guide, please try on the purchased size before first use. Small or narrow shoes can limit blood flow to the extremities. If you suffer from orthopedic or other problems, we recommend that you consult a doctor before using the product.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of each pair of Skinners, they may vary slightly in appearance. Slight shedding of the material, pilling of the knit or cracks caused by the use of the product are normal phenomena and are not a manufacturing defect. The product is partially cut, puncture and weather resistant.
Intended use
Skinners are suitable for outdoor use on soft surfaces, sandy and forest paths, sandy beaches, gardens, water sports and swimming. Skinners are not suitable for long-term use on asphalt roads and uneven surfaces with obstacles, and their service life may be reduced as a result of such use.
Maintenance
Allow Skinners to dry and air out after each use. We recommend washing them in a laundry bag at a maximum temperature of 30 °C/86 °F, or by hand. Do not use a spin cycle, dryer or fabric softener.
Manipulation
To preserve product life, take Skinners on and off carefully, we recommend handling them by hand. At the same time, please do not try to separate the sole from the knit. Defects caused by mechanical damage are not covered by the warranty.
